Organic Microblading
Microblading; the service that is taking Instagram by storm! This service gives you the eyebrows that you’ve always dreamt. I am proud to be the only artist in West Michigan offering organic microblading! There is no need for those toxic metals to be added into your eyebrows. I have used many pigment lines and my organic line really out-performs them all!
I have been focused on eyebrows as an esthetician now for nearly 10 years. I have been certified in Microblading for approximately 4 years with hundreds of happy clients!
Microblading is a form of permanent makeup that is performed using a handheld tool with tiny needle groupings that are designed to deposit organic pigment into the skin. With this method I can create almost any look: from a very natural light finish to a beautifully bold brow.
Each line drawn will mimic an actual hair resulting in the most natural appearance. A different tool can be used for a shading effect through out the brow as well, this is called micro-shading.
My Microblading service has little to no pain due to a topical numbing applied prior to appointment. I have even had people fall asleep! I have made it my goal to perfect my numbing process!
What to expect when booking;
An in-person or phone consultation with Janelle. – This appointment confirms that you are indeed a great candidate for a Microblading service.
At your Microblading appointment, expect to be with me for approximately 2.5 hours. I begin by sterilizing the skin with an alcohol wipe. After the area is prepped, I will “map” out your new brows by measuring and marking the shape best suited to your face. After your approval of the outline that was created, I will begin the procedure. I fulfill the outline created by Microblading and/or shading throughout the design and at the end apply a soothing organic ointment to assist in healing and protecting the eyebrows.
After your appointment; please precisely follow your after-care instructions in order achieve the best healed results.
After you have healed and lived with your brows for 6 weeks or so, you will attend a second (touch up) appointment to reach optimum results. A touch up session after 6+ weeks is necessary as everyone heals differently and outcome will vary. Certain areas may not pick up during first session and will need to be refilled. Pigment color may need to be adjusted, brow thickness and more strokes can be added. Individuals with oily skin often require a deeper shade during the touch up session as the oils tend to lighten the pigment. Most importantly, your touch up session is when we refine your brows to ensure it looks perfect and retains the color for long lasting results!
